Every DVSS account is assigned both an outside medical supply sales representative and a customer service representative.  Your office will have two experienced DVSS team members working for you to provide the best service available.  Our Customer service representatives are here to help locate any hard-to-find medical supply products, take and process your orders via telephone or fax, and answer any questions.  Our outside sales team makes personal visits to your office to provide additional assistance and information.

DVSS processes most orders the same business day they are received.  We ship most supplies via UPS and offer same-day and next-day emergency shipping.

As a full-line medical supply distributor, DVSS can reduce the time necessary to deal with multiple vendors and streamline your ordering to reduce cost.  DVSS has carefully chosen branded manufacturers representing the best value while meeting the needs of alternate site providers.  We can provide you with various utilization reports to assist you in driving down your inventory carrying cost.
